BRISTOL TILTSHIFT PRO

Tim was flying a DJI Mavic 2 Pro and he used a Sony A7 IV on the shot with Chris and his crew. One of the coolest parts about the project is that the buildings are not only housing, but they also have a laundry facility for the resort, an employee training room, etc.įor my photo geek friends, all of the interiors were shot with the Canon R5 and a 24mm tilt shift (used a 16-35 on the bathroom). And though you can do it more easily on an APS-C E-mount camera, for shift its usually easier to use a wider lens and crop one edge. The technique of tilt-shift photography refers to the use of tilt and a large aperture to get a very shallow depth of field. The problem with tilt-shift adapters on FF cameras is that the lens image circle isnt usually wide enough to stand much shift without vignetting and other aberrations in the corners. These facilities were constructed to help alleviate that problem for the Wilderness at the Smokies. Main idea: Tilt-shift photography has been around for decades but is now being used in new ways. When companies and businesses in Sevier County start bringing in all of the extra help for the busy season, there is a real shortage of housing. Not sure he loved that part, but he and Rebecca did an excellent job of getting some styling done! 🙂 This project was an excellent example of why I all but insist on scouting a project before a shoot, as Chris got put in charge of some super speedy styling before the shoot. It was an incredible celebration and I don’t think anyone will quickly forget the beautiful ceremony and the fun of the merry-go-round. On a personal note, it was a great pleasure to meet and ‘work’ with Rachel and Patrick, who were so nice and easy going on the day. It was every bit as cool as I’d been told and a huge thank you to the staff who were brilliant on the day. It was my first wedding at Preston Court, and the venue more than made up for the journey. The hotline is structured for residents who are confined to their home, are elderly and thus at risk if they go to the grocery store, families who cannot.
